Home Care Tasks using Telephony

We are excited to announce our latest service for our existing and new clients. It is Plan of Care Tasks via Telephony. How does it work? Well, when we put together the Care Plan for you or your loved one we place specific needs or wants into the Care Plan. Some examples of the tasks are:

Foods and Fluids	Home Care	Personal Care
Encourage fluids	Change bathroom linens	Bathing
Limit fluids	Change bed linens	Dressing
Prepare & serve breakfast	Clean up bathroom after use	Eating

Now, whenever a caregiver “calls out” using the telephone they will go through the care plan tasks to identify the tasks that were completed. It’s just one more way we communicate between the family the agency and the caregiver to provide consistent and quality care at an affordable price.
